- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of required information and, where applicable, a deposit.
- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and other options as specified by Canadian Moving Services.
4. Cancellations and Changes
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation fees may apply if notice is not provided within the required timeframe, as outlined in your booking confirmation.
- Canadian Moving Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety, or operational issues.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are packed, labeled, and ready for transport unless packing services have been arranged.
- Disclose any hazardous, prohibited, or fragile items prior to your move.
- Provide accurate addresses, access instructions, and contact information.
- Be present or have an authorized representative available during pickup and delivery.
6. Limitations of Liability
- Canadian Moving Services is not liable for items not packed by our team, prohibited items, or pre-existing damage.
- Our liability for loss or damage to your belongings is limited to the coverage outlined in our insurance policy and as required by law.
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Insurance and Claims
- Basic insurance coverage is included as required by law. Additional coverage may be available upon request.
- All claims for loss or damage must be reported to Canadian Moving Services in writing within 7 days of delivery.
- We will work with you to resolve claims promptly and fairly.
8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property
